When we decided to list the house we interviewed six real-estate agents. We were looking for someone with experience, knowledge of the area, and integrity. All candidates brought listings from the local area and had knowledge of recent sales, however Anahita Noorimany stood out miles above the others. She too brought listings and recent sales from the area, but also analysis of every property, analysis of sales in the area, graphs of yearly sales and number of days to sell in the area. She did a comparison of our house to others that had recently sold in the neighbourhood and came up with a quick estimate of fair market value explaining what buyers were looking for.
